1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned with original packaging
  • Include the invoice or proof of purchase

2. Return Request Time Frame

Customers must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales
  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Replacement & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy for eligible products.

Replacement or exchange may be provided if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect
  • The product is damaged or defective

Customers must request a replacement or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Once the replacement or exchange request is approved, the new product will be delivered within 5 days.

6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

In such cases, ARCHANA ENTERPRISES may arrange the return shipment.
